Do we have to keep a record of our fitness programme, so we can tell or show are troop PTI what we have been doing from PRMC pass to RT start?

They never checked our troop mate. Most people never got that booklet anyways :)

I would put it in just incase though, but chances are they wont check it.

I lost that fitness booklet quite a while back, and the SGT Major did not say anything about keeping a record when we was chatting about training and dieting.

I just remeber reading that little booklet and it mentioning something about keeping a record for your troop PTI.
I guess i can just say what i have been doing if i was asked.

Thanks DaveB

Nothing much lodgi. SGT MAJOR just said do not eat crap and eat foods that are good for you, baically, no FAST FOOD :o (eat sensible) , which i guess is common sense when your training.

Sorry for the lack of information mate, thats all he said on dieting.. Oh yeah, he said DO NOT get fat over christmas hahaha..

NO fast food at all? Sounds a bit heavy. I mainly eat a good diet and keep off the crap, but if im out getting pissed i'll stuff a kabab down my throat, or the odd KFC, no harm in that is there?

nah ofcourse not, i think he was aiming it at the heavy fast food eaters that eat it all the time, as there to lazy to make proper food.

Its good to treat yourself now and then (who does not)... If you feel good, and are in shape, eat what you like mate. Create your own diet :D
When your out drinking a nice kebab or KFC goes nice with a drink or two or three and then some :D ..

Theres loads of fitness diets you can find online, if you really are interested in changing your diet as you are worried that it may affect your training, just "google" it up. I think the odd take-away now and then is ok. (i do it), just try not to stuff your face with it every day, as it is not good for you in the long run.

Hahaha, i do babble on.
