Nice on Nick!
Bet the women go for that uniform
One question we get here; how are the older guys doing and the ones who did RMR first getting on? Are the nippers finding it easier?
Cheers
John

what would you say has been the hardest thing in training so far?
sounds like your doing pretty good yourself but how many people have dropped out of your troop since you began?

Cheeky t))

But you know yourself you couldnt give a s)) about anything like that when your on exercise and your freezing your ass off. We were in a group of 8 on survival ex, and laid in rows of 4 under the shelter, the bottom 4 had there heads in between the legs of the top 4 as that was the warmest place to put it, felt lovely to snuggle in there, s))) when it ws time to swap round

That will seem really odd to someone who hasnt been there

Yeah, spot on, was on woodbury one lovely weekend with the RMR, and after a lovely little dip in peters pool we went off on a night navex, think it was October time and it was freezing to be fair, some of other lads came in to the harbour position much much later than the rest of us. It wasnt till the next day they told us they'd had to make use of the safety bergen, bivvy up and do the same as you......cuddle him back to life(i think the training team had told them too, if i remember right), i guess it was that or take him off the exercise, anyway he was fine the next day and completed the weekend (think it was a speedmarch back to CTC). I,ve never really had a huge problem with the cold as yet, but im sure i will at some at some point.
