Knee Problems

Inevitably after a number of years, service personnel, Sports People and numerous other people carry the burden of suffering with bad knees and backs.

I personally have had issues with my left knee. Its always worse in the winter when the cold sets in. However, recently I've found out that knee pain can be caused by a muscle imbalance amongst the quadriceps. I've checked this out and I found some really useful information at:

This has helped me immensely and my fitness training is once again on the up. I hope it can help other with a similar problem.

Best Regards

Steve

Hope I never have the problem - quite paranoid about it to be honest.

I like to OD on Glucosamine, Chondroitin Sulfate, MSM and Cod Liver Oil. Hopefully I`ll be able to get a new knee from my clone in the future though.

All the best with it.
