Just thought I would let you all know that I also passed the PRMC last week :D , and I was also the oldest on the course, being the grand old age of 28!!, like Billy bob said it was hard work and very wet on the assault course, but I feel I trained well before hand and I knew what to expect!.

Now the real hard test begins, Recuit Training, its all in the mind!!!!!, its only 32 weeks!!, its easy to say that now though!!. Good luck to those doing there PRMC in the near future!, work hard, its only pain!!

The 60 max is just a guide line. You have 2 minutes to do as many as you can.

Awesome scores & 28 - fair play!!!!!!!!!!. That'll give alot of older people motivation to go for it, who may have been doubting themselves because of their age. Did the younger candidates treat you the same ?? & any other older candidates on your course ??

There were a few older lads as well, another 28 year old as well.
Everyone treated each other the same whatever your age was, I just look younger, still have my youthfull looks!!!!!!. The PRMC is just as hard if you are 16 or 32!, its all down to the hard work you put into your training before you go!, my top advice is join a running club, your fitness will get so much better and you never have to train on your own!
