Boots or no boots...?

Hi all,

I'm new to the site, so sorry if this has been covered in another topic before.

I've bought a pair of boots to train in and use at my POC, but have had mixed messages on how to use them.

I've read some bits saying I should run in them for a couple of months prior to the POC, and I've also read advice saying definitely do not run in them too much, as it will damage your legs.

Any thoughts or advice??? I don't know which one to believe!!!

You don't have to run in them to break them in. Walking will do the trick.
It maybe worth doing a couple of runs in them just to make sure everythings in order.
