I like running around christmas time, i went for a run on christmas eve last year. I almost fell down a massive ditch, which answered my suspicions that there are Vietcong operating in the North east.

I think if you lay off the Gluwein long enough you'll find that it's actually "..there are Vietcong operating in ....."

I think if you stick your finger up your arse, you will actually find out you are a bit of a bender :D. I will edit it just for you  kiss kiss.

Good luck mate, remember to practise those dreaded tuck jumps and squats. If you're good at them then they'll act as a nice breather in between sprints

I start RT on the 16th so i may see you running around (or probably the other way round) :D

Btw don't take any notice of Dalo, he bats for the other team and is depressed since he left a certain Cpl on his PRMC

Don't forget that the "training effect" (fitness benefit) of a session kicks in 10-14 days after. So the workouts we do up until this time next month are vital, of course train hard after that but im aiming to be "peaking" then.
