Potential Officers visit to 42 Commando

Earlier this year I went for my first interview with the Royal Marines and there they asked me whether I would be interested in visiting one of the commando units later on in the year. Well, I got a pack in the post this week inviting me to a 3 day thing with 42 Commando in Portsmouth.
It lists the kind of stuff that i'll be taking part in: shooting range, rockclimbing, basic fieldcraft (all the kind of things ive been doing in Cadets
for years). The only thing i'm a little concerned about is the physical training sessions that are going to be there. I'm 16 and i've only just started gym training in the past 6 moinths. The physical sessions are to see how fit (or unfit
) you are. I'm slightly concerned that i'm going to embarase myself infront of all the 18 year olds that are going to be there who have been training for a good couple of years and are looking at going on the PRMC in the near future. I, on the other hand, am looking at joining the RM after Uni and that so it's not in the near future.
I was just wondering if any of you had an insight into these physical sessions and whether I should be at all concerned about them
I can easily hold my own body weight. Being realistic, 30 pressups in one go and 50 situps. 10 Pullups at one go at best
