Yet another busted Nod!!!

Well I am now another proud member of Hunter Troop , totally gutted at the moment.
I fell down the stairs at Dutchy's in week 9 (and I was sober!) and damaged my foot, been on and off the sick ever since but managed to get through to week 18 and pick up a Section Comd's tape, the 4 mile speed march was hell for me, got a lovely steroid injection in my foot but unfortunatly it did not work, however my training team were awesome about all of it they were willing to let me crack on to week 22 missing any lower limb Phys and do BPT pass out but the Physio and Doc said enough was enough and handed me the dreaded "recomened transfer to Hunter" chit.
It now looks like I may have fractured it, which I really hope is not the case, but such is life I guess. Its not all bad news as I get to extend my stay at sunny Lympstone!
Gonna try and keep my chin up and get better as soon as poss.
Well done to all those that have passed PRMC lately and see ya soon, JW

Well I have been in hunter myself for nearly as long as I was in training!!!
Sprained my ankle on families day in the gym and can't help feeling like a proper knobber . . . . .
Still, these things are sent to test us. Not as threaders as the boys in doing hard time but in all will be about 10wks - frustrating but thats the way it is.
The MF membership won't be renewed as I suspect that it may have had some influence on my premature appearance in the dreaded blue tracksuit . . . seems most members do time at some point or other.

W.Mitty, dont worry about it. you are better off getting you foot sorted out now as soldier on and end up with some cronic injury that is going to take months to heal.
Chin up, and remember they cant make you pregnant.

Well lads what can i say. Welcome to the elite

It will be my 17th week in Hunter on monday and my physio and RI are still calling it early days!

My troop start there commando tests tommorow

ah well s*it happens as they say. Time flys in Hunter even though it is amazingly boring and you will be threaders and there is allways someone worse off than you, no matter how long your tour is.
Hunter is absolutely massive at the mo and has been for a couple of months now, i think theres about 140ish ranks in total!!

He opted out ages ago, dont think he could get fit after being in hunter for 6 months.
