Various family probs, not good. back on track now.

Was wondering what speed in Km's on a treadmill it would take to complete my 1.5mile in for the REME. Just so I can aim at that for now!
cheers guys

10 = 15minute 1.5mile run

12km = 12 minute 1.5mile run

13km = 11.20 1.5mile run

Thats all i know mate. May not be exact but close.

Run it at 16kph, you'll get a time of roughly 9:18, it all depends on how fast the treadmill speeds up.

The ones at my gym only go up to 16kph and it takes about 30-35 seconds to get to that speed from scratch, its a ball ache as i like to run the last .40 K at top speed for me which is about 19-20 kph but i cant.

Mate, a week before I took my PJFT I couldn't even run on a treadmill, I kept falling off, would lose balance etc. its suprising how quickly you can get used to running fast on them.
