Off there for my first posting. Would like to know what it is like there - housing, area etc etc.

Just to let you all know - passed out at Cranwell on 31st March and am now a Flt Lt. Off to RAF Innsworth for three weeks now on legal induction training!

Best of luck everyone!

Auf Weidersehen

Auf=until

Weider = again

Sehen = to see

until again see or until I see you again!

The grammar is a tough one to learn but you should pick up names of things pretty well.

I'll be defending naughty soldiers at court martials and representing them in police stations.

Rather you than me! In my experience the GCP have a unique attitude for squaddies.

Thankfully the GCP will take care of the squaddies under German law - I'll only deal with issues relating to offences committed uder military law
