im with Mr future paratrooper on this. im not completly sure on what a waltor is but from what im hearing, its someone thats not actully in the services but know alot about them. i guess im a waltor if that is the case. and if that is the case then the meaning of a waltor has changed to someone who is intrested in joining the armed forces, done some research and looks up to the people in the forces.
