ARMY - OFFICIAL CMS INPUT TESTS - MINIMUM SCORE
Please make this sticky, This is part of a small booklet wich tells you all about phase 1 training wich I got with the letter wich told me when I was joining etc.

That is what would be expected from new recruits starting basic training. By the time you get to your Units they would expect them to be alot quicker. For example:
The Infantry at Regiment is 10:30 but they would expect less than 10.
The RE,RA and Household Cav and I would also expect the RAC also expect 10:30.
I've served in the Infantry and Cavalry so I do know what I'm talking about.

P.S. as for the other test, you probably never do these again after training. They will be different test.

I would hope that they were hitting 8 or 9 mile 1,1/2 once they finished basic, 10:30 is terrible.

Cadence Sit-Up is the sit-up bleep test.
These standards are for the initial RMT in Week One. The intermediate and final RMTs get harder but even the final RMT is only testing to the base level.
You only do RMTs at Phase 1; after that it is the BPFA with mile and a half run, 2 mins of sit ups and 2 mins of press ups.
