If you went into a bank or several banks with a sharpened screwdriver and stole two-hundred and fifty thousand pounds which was never recovered you would/should get 8-10 years inside (even if no-one was injured).

This man caused this amount of criminal damage. He put the lives of ALL motorists and other road users at risk.

Even under Road Traffic leglisation (causing danger to road users) he could qualify for up to seven years inside for one offence (nevermind 600 offences).

In English law criminal damage which exceeds five thousand pounds can carry a maximum of 10 years inside.
Causing criminal damage with intent to endanger life carrys a life sentence.

This man got 16 months inside !!!!!

Sounds like a sentence that is handed down by the Northern Ireland Courts.

I think Hugh Orde would agree with me, even if I don't agree with him most of the time.

It was cars, my good man, not mortal men. He got pissed off because someone splashed a puddle over him while he was innocently walking along the pavement, and when he nearly got knocked off his bike. He decided he'd get revenge by wreaking havoc with his trusty tool on the parked cars.

So Mince, you think it is alright to puncture tyres, now many of these where slow punctures and could have easily caused an accident. Now he got splashed by a car going through a puddle, why did he not take up with council who should maintain the roads, but no he slashes over 600 car tyres. Why is it that the cyclist is always right, they go around with out lights, on the wrong side of the road and often fail to wear reflective clothing then scream blue murder when they get into trouble. Now how often do you find them cycling down the pavement at high speed, does this give the pedestrain the right to damage their cycles or anyone cycles come to that.

I think he got that sentance because he was deemed to be socialy inable or something like that, so I think it's obvious that this man should be back on the streets again so soon considering he's mentaly unstable (said in a sarcastic voice by the way)

I have read all of your previous posts.
Looking at the at your response to this post I can only come to the conclusion that you have a fixation with sharpenend/pointed metal objects and cauising injury to the person.

I obviously don't know you. The image you have portrayed on this site makes me hope that you NEVER gain entry to ANY of the ARMED FORCES where you could legitimately gain access to weapons specifically designed to kill and injure people.

Also. more importantly I hope that you are NEVER in any environmments where law and order has broken down (i.e. A warzone). I suspect that you do not have the mental health/tolerence and ability to deal with these situations without inflicting unnecessary and extreme violence to any unfortunate person.

Either you are a Psycopath or you are portraying that image on this site for unknown reasons.

My advice is go and join the PEACE CORPS and stop wasting everyones time on this site.

He slashed nearly 1,800 tyres costing £250.000 to replace on 600 cars. I wonder if he will be employed by a tyre manafacturer when he is released from prison.
