If you're still 15 maybe you should weight at least a year before applying. You should still grow a bit and put on more weight when I was 15 I was about 5ft 10 and about 10 st now im 17 im 6ft 1 and 12 st. When were you thinking of applying.

Alright mate?, buy a tub of weight gainner and take it when you get up, after your workout and before you go to bed. This should help you pack on the pounds

.Where i live i can get a 5kg tub for around £20.

Yes the best way is using supplements like protein or weight gain. Also doing heavy weights and small amount of reps (5).

weight training will help as muscle weighs more than fat as it is denser, but you might be a bit young to do serious w/training-anybody know?

Eat little but often and make sure you balance the protein and carbs but increase the fat only slightly...also eat high carbs after 7pm...2-3 hours before bed...this will get stored as fat if not used... I dont advise this constantly or long term but to gain weight quickly and safely without clogging the heart with shite!!this works ...believe!!!High carb foods are pasta, potatoes, rice, and they are rich in starch also...I dont advise to much starch either though.. as this can increase the build up of lactic acid after high intensity excersise... so perhaps wash the pasta or rice after cooking. If you have a high calorie burn up this will be well stored fuel in need of endurance events...Hope this helps mate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

tom bryars wrote:tommac1 your in the same boat as me...well kinda, the minimum weight is 60kg, when i went down to my afco aged just 15 i weighed 54kg, i applied in november and i weighed 62kg! i put on 8kg in weight with just muscle, ive lost body fat as well, my body fat % was just 9.8% in August and now its 7.7%. just work your nackers off and youll b fine, although i am thinkin of using creatin after PRMC to add some weight and help me train better.
tom
Go for Protein rather than creatine muscles are made of protein mostly and then theres a whole debate on wether creatine is bad for you etc.

Dont use creatine if your about to start basic, yes you will put on weight but that weight is just water retention in your muscles as soon as you stop taking it you will loose that weight. Protein or weght gainners is your best bet.
