It is an important opportunity for serving and retired members of the armed forces to challenge the bias views and concerns that many managers hold about recruiting former service personnel. The Forum is also an opportunity to raise the profile of the transferable skills and experience that many of us have gained during our service.

Maybe you have a personal horror story of unfair bias or treatment during resettlement. Or a total lack of understanding of civvie street by some crusty old retired Rupert who passes himself off as a resettlement officer. Let them know.
