A rather brief question

Hello,

I am currently in the process of improving my fitness, with a view to hopefully applying to join and becoming an officer.

I'm aware of the basic fitness levels required to join at the 'standard' level (i.e. 1.5 miles in 10.5 minutes etc). Do the requirements and tests change if you are applying for the role of officer, or are they standard across the board?

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks.
