While reading the paper the other day there was a full page spread of Saddam's women fighters, apparently he has a whole brigade of them, the artical did'nt say much about them except that they had all been called up and that they were well trained.
The question I ask myself is what the hell would I do if I met'em at close quaters. My immediate responce would be to see'm off the best I could, however I wonder, especially if they came upon you without warning... imagine mowing down a load of females, or even being pinned down by a woman sniper and knowing it.... Ok so someone would have to take her out.... imagine, if you can the traumer of such a deed.....
Yeh, I know that the Fire Brands are saying, you'd deal with them as you would any enemy.... but at what concequence.

Five rounds rapid mortar fire does not discriminate as to what gender the recipient is. The Americans faced this in Vietnam. The Russians used female troops during WW11. If it is the enemy and can endanger your life, kill it. You must remember Mike, they were using females to smuggle ammunition and grenades in Aden. The IRA were using females to plant bombs. All fair game in my book.

Thanks for the answers.....The reason I posted this forum was to make our new amd budding members think of the concequences of the more unpleasent tasks that Royal and of course Military have to think of, let alone carry out.

Bootnecks always open doors for ladies, refuse to let them buy drinks and as I did today, stop the traffic through the village to allow an old lady with her trolley to cross the road. Aren't we getting selfish as a nation?
To get back on thread, I suppose I could have shot her, but she seemed harmless enough!
