Don't frustrate yourself,but you have just thrown your money into recycle bin.Those books are really very far from actual training methods of special forces.

You should better buy any book on fitness or bodybuilding,and start training following advices written there.There are no great sounding words like "SBS" in them,but they are really helpful instead.
