Just in case anyone's having trouble accessing their on-line account I found a 'back door' to get in. Instead of clicking on the savings login go to the new mortgage application. It brings up the usual logon screens.
Using this route yesterday was no problem at all but it's all getting slower today and took me a few attempts but I managed in the end.
Hopefully, they'll have sorted things out shortly so things will get back to normal. Apparently the nerds are working on it as I type.
We haven't closed our account but have moved some of our eggs into other baskets. Should have known it's not a good thing to keep them all in one basket!
