To join or Not to join?

Some humour imagine this scenario 
I wanna join the ta I've got plenty of previus army experence mainly in the American army but have a few q's I'd like to no the ansers to first.
(1) Will I be able to keep my rank of captain? I'm willing to drop rank sligtly but not to much!
(2) I already have the uniform and berry so can I use that as it fits really well?
(3) Reckon I'll be able to take a gun home with me during the week just in case of terorism?
(4) After a bit more training can I choose where the army sends me, I prefer to go to Iraq than Afganistarn.
(5) If you kill insergants do you get extra money? Like if I kill 6 and another soldier only kills 2 then its only fair that I should get paid more I think.
