Standby for a few pressups on the "potted sports" at the end of day 1. Nothing to worry about if you have a pair of arms.

At adsc you will have to complete as many heaves as possible, dynamic lift, static lift and back extension aswell as a 150m jerry can carry ( distance depends on chosen trade) then on day 2 just a 2.4km (1.5 mile) run with a 800m(half mile) warm up. Along with this you will have a lesson on the HE 109 grenade and the L111A1 practice grenade which you will be tested on the second day. Also on the second day you will do teamtasks which is one of the main things they look for so be vocal, enthusiastic and give a little bit of speed and aggression in everything you do and remember theres no I in team ( but theres and M and an E and thats ME)

Hi sorry to comment but can i ask a question what is the dynamic lift?
The static one is where you pull the t-thing upwards isnt it?
I can remeber the one where you have to lean back and the lifting on the weight and the heaves and jerry cans.
However i cannot remember the other thanks.
