How many meals a day do you get in RT for the royal marines, someone told me they get between three to five because of the amount of calories they burn all the time, is it true, or do they just get the standard three meals a day?

4 meals plus duchy's always a winner at 3 am..
Plus my favourite calorie fix Yazoo chocolate milkshake...

What about the snack at night when the RSM tucks you up in bed, there are always biscuits with the horlicks
