@james connolly

Ignore what anyone tells you about the paras, that's probably the best advice. They all love a bit of para bashing at RSC, probably cause there's not usually any paras there :lol:

As for the physical side when I went it was pretty easy, most people had no trouble at all on the strength tests. The run we had was a slow jog stopping every so often to stretch then your best effort, don't think I need to say anything else on that really.

The team tasks; basically the staff want to see you getting involved, putting your ideas across and listening to the ideas of others. It's more about how you work with other people than anything else so even if your team don't complete the task doesn't mean you've done bad.

All in all there's not much to worry about really just relax and be yourself and you'll do fine!!

Your welcome mate.

When you say your joining up in 9-10 weeks do you mean you're putting your application in then or going to RSC?

Never mind all this touchy-feely advice you've been given, beast yourself on the running, or you will not get anywhere when you eventually start training. Take this advice from someone who knows.
