Feedback on fitness training schedule for Potential Recruit

I'm a potential recruit to the Parachute Regiment and I came across these forums through Google - and so far its proved a wealth of information.
I'd like some feedback on my current training regime, if at all possible - I really want to get in and do well, and it seems that prior preparation is the way forwards.
My current training runs like this:
-One timed 2 mile run per week. This comes after a 2 mile warm up run. I'm consistantly hitting a time of around 9 minutes flat for the run, and I've been told I've got 9.18 at ADSC - should I be happy with 9 minutes or really push to improve this?
-One timed 4 mile hill run per week. After a 1/2 mile or so warm up. Doing this in about 25 minutes or so.
-One untimed 6 mile cross country run per week. Again, after warming up. This is basically to improve my stamina. I can run this at a decent pace with no stops, and some of the terrain isn't the best.
-3 sets of 25 press ups and sit ups daily (75 press ups and 75 sit ups every morning)
-3 sets of 3 chin ups every morning
The press ups, sit ups and chin ups are run as a circuit training type of event, following about 5 minutes of skipping as a warm up.
How does this stand as preparation for joining the paras? Will just this fitness program be OK, or is there a key area I'm missing out on?
As far as my application goes, I'm awaiting dates for ADSC, but the careers office have said it'll be mid Sept, and should I pass, they're trying to push me into the Mid-October CIC(para) course - so any advice I can get on getting fit enough is appreciated!
