Is there some organisation to contact or a certain protocol to follow in order to get in touch with someone? I'd like to contact someone in 3 Para but I haven't a clue how to go about it. I doubt there's a big open database for every Tom, Dick and Harry to access and I can't believe the guardroom will just give out details willy nilly.

I'm emigrating to Australia very soon and would like to meet up with this guy before I go.

Any suggestions welcome.
