Hi, i left school with no qualifications but idid 2 years at college, one when i was 16 to 17 and one when i was 18 to 19.
Thing is i lost my certificates from my first time at college when i moved house and the second time, college lost them in the post. So now i have no certificates to prove i passed.
I have rang up both colleges and they said they will confirm i have passed my courses, but will the recruiting officer be ok with this?
Thanks

cant see the afco having a problem with this, it happens
you could re-order the certificates from the exam board direct, might have to pay something though. worth it though, least you'll have them
you just need to find out from your college what exam board your exams consisted of.
good luck

Yeah i did check this and its £31 for each certificate. To get them all would cost me just under £250, money i really dont have right now. I'll just explain my situation and see how it goes .
Thanks for your help

You two can double away smartly ..........whilst holding hands
I do print my own certificates, My "trap a lapdancer" ones course certificate is now laminated, as it was sticking to the others in my pile of great achievements

(small pile obviously......but

I lost my long service and good conduct badge after an incident in Helensburgh circa 1991. It ruined my life

I have looked into this also, OCR and AQA examining boards have just sent me an application form to 'purchase' one certificate/statement (from each of them) which confirms all exams/qualifications taken. (rather than each individual certificate).
Statement of Results for a Candidate
AQA can also issue a statement of results to candidates for personal reference. This is an official document and can be presented in place of a certificate.
..so they shouldn't have a problem with one of these.
