Probably best posting on the MFAT site, but yeah you should be delaying it if thats all you can get. I`m aiming for late Jan for my PRMC and I have a broken wrist at the moment! So just keep banging them out, or you wont have a chance.

GC,
Possibly a good idea to delay your c@#t your fully up to scratch, but definately not a good idea to post a "how do i improve my press ups" thread on the MFAT site. Go on the site though and use the "search" button on the top left. There is loads and loads of information on there about the PRMC, and about training for it. You,ll find all the tips and guidance you need on there.
Good luck,

Or you could PM Artist, he used to be the Corps preesups champion and is a wealth of knowledge on all things pressup related. He's also the nicest most docile bloke you'll meet, but I must warn you the reply will be lengthy and quite indepth such is his fetish with his beloved exercise.
Good luck with PRMC

I think you might be out of luck there as I hear he's given it all up! Something about a recurring glutius maximus injury or something but I could be wrong, give him a PM he's always been happy to point a future Nod in the right direction and help propel him onwards!
Oh look I'm a celebrity...get me out of....

yeah ive just put my PRMC off for exactly the same reason, my press ups are shockingly bad. i started out doing press ups and can manage about 50-55 but then i met up with a EX-Royal and he showed me the propper way.
my PRMC is now end of jan.

Do people really think that the worst thing they will do during training are pressups? It's an obsession.
