Massage Corps

I came across this badge, it was from 1915 to 1919 and belonged to group of ladies who went under the title of Almeric Paget Massage Corps.
Now did the men get a massage as well as the Officers I wonder if any one can help?????.

In all fairness to the upper classes a lot of these organisations were down to their philanthropy and eccentricity. In some ways it is very sad that WW1 wiped out the aristocracy in a way that the Labour Party wished they could.
