I'm 19, but still look about 12...unfortunate now, but wait til I'm 40!!
Must admit I'm amazed at the number of 16/17 year olds going for PRMC, I was considering a military career back then but wouldn't have gone for the Marines til I was a bit older...which is now. At least you don't have to worry about getting pissed getting in the way of training when you're younger...!!

SimonM - That's nothing dude! I'm 28 and we even had a 30 year old in our troop. In fact our entire troop was pretty old (i.e. mostly in their 20's). Age is not that important and makes no different in training. However, the hardest thing for me to swallow being an older recruit was the 23:59hrs restriction - but guess what, its only for 30 weeks.
