I know a guy who was in the SBS who lives near Exeter.
Does that make the SBS near Exeter?
Or am I being facetious?!!!

Well only you will really know if you're taking the piss!
For my own part, I don't see any inference from my post suggesting that the entire 21 SAS is in Exeter. Just simply that while he was in Exeter, he did his 21 SAS activites locally.
Anyway, doesn't everyone know the SBS is 'based' at Poole!
And doesn't everyone know that if you read this post from the beginning then question number 2 was answered by king Duck
