How classy to mention Spike Milligan! a military man at one time and a writer of top notch poetry!

I find his one about the Baboon who wanted to fly to the sun (or was it the moon?) quite good for running to. As I pound my flabby bod' into shape I recite the parts I know ''...Mile after mile he galloped in style, but never once left the ground, your flying too slow said a passing crow, try reaching the speed of sound..." If that starts to lose effect I start chanting the Postman Pat theme :oops:

Here's one to sing to your pre-school bairns;

Postman Pat
Postman Pat
Postman Pat ran over his cat
Blood and guts went flying
Pat was nearly crying
He's never seen a cat as flat as that.

Hope they like it! :D

Fools are full of everything,
Rubbish, Shite and Crap,

Soldiers are full of everything to,
Laughter, pain and memories,

Of the goodtimes and the bad,
Do you wonder why I feel so sad?
