When i was at rsc in april i done it in 10.13 going all out. 3 weeks later i done it in 8.56. I think adding interval training into my routine helped it out.

managed 9 mins flat at RSC couple of weeks back, thats the best ive ever done, wish i could have broke into the 8minutes area though..oh well best get running!! :-?

the only occassion I timed it I got 9.12 at an army fitness assessment at an army base in Chepstow, hope to get sub 9minutes at RSC

7 mins 15 secs, do a mile in about 5 30.

Could do better if i really push myself.

the only time i timed myself over 1.5miles i got 8.35 on a para insight course other than that i get abot 11.30 over 2miles which is the shortest distance i usually run.

No offense mate, but mind explaining why you run 1.5 miles at a much faster pace than a mile?

well spotted there mate.. id never seen thaat, 7.15 is very fast if its true and f ur uper body is good you would be sorted.

Ha - Mines always rubbish. One of my friends did manage under 7 minutes though - fastest I've ever seen. Used to be a damn good 800metres runner for a club.
