I never said anything about getting married, I just suggested going out and meeting some actual, real-life girls.

Same here. I'm now off the meds and off for a good kip, armed with a hard copy of this thread.
Sorted!
Does anyone remember when we used to have a laugh on here? Or was it the meds? My meds.

Well done Whoolley. You intention I know was to steer everyone away from thinking I am a prick. Probably didn't work with most of the members, but it is what good Moderating is all about.
See how it's done Harry?

Oh dear.
Even if that had been his intention, you just completely ruined it...

Just a thought but how exactly do you know that many of the members on here are gamers or computer nuts?

That is a very good question Alfa.
I have to own up and say that I have based my considered assumption of British formal education on the Australian model.
You see, down here in a land where we still call everyone Wogs and Abbos, virtually all young guys from about 12 are computer nuts.
By 15 they know more about computer technology than can be imagined.
Because we speak English down here and have other simularities like, er, can't think of any more right now, I therefore based my opinions that British lads might just be simular.
Computer technology is the way to the future. It is what makes a modern military. Computer awareness ranks second only to physical fitness as an attribute into the modern military.
Computer games are their entre' into computer engineering.
It is not the greasy kid's stuff that some are trying to portray.

Right there is your problem - you've assumed that this site is full of British teenage lads.
The clue is in the name...
Current and ex-serving members of the military have this strange tendecy to be aged somewhat more than 15, and aren't all male.
Try checking your demographic before making asumptions.

I know that Hyper. I know how old soldiers are. But lads grow up and join the military and continue on with computer games at any age.
Take me for instance. I am older than 15, although I concede that many on here would want to dispute that.
Don't lose sight of the fact also that having a computer/games section might attract lads to the site who are interested in the military late on.
But my interest has faded like the curtains in summer. If no one is interested and everyone stops talking about it, I won't mention it again.

Hmmm, coming up to 1000 views on the thread. Wonder why?
Not a lot of interest in gaming on here really.
Might be that a large percentage of that 1000 would like to say something about MOH Airborne, but are waiting for the approval of the gurus.
Sorry I lied about not mentioning it again.
