To elaborate on the above:
Seems they have re introduced the endurance course to the prmc (getting rid of the determination test or gym test 2? not sure).
The obstacles followed by a 1 mile run, in boots etc.
Should be fun..
rejoin prmc: Febuary 9th 2010...

i did my PRMC on the 17th november, we had the determination test straight after the assault course which probably lasted 20 minutes, we then did the endurance course about an hour and half after that, it lasted close to 2 hours and we were constantly moving, the run back was tough and i was in agony because my body was sore especially my knees from all the crawling on your knees and scraping them on the ground when leopard crawling, i passed anyway.. only 21 out of 54 passed our course!
2 lads were rushed to sickbay with hyperthermia, 1 lad actually blacked out, 1 lad tore his hamstring in the knee deep mud run and went home on crutches, i could tell on the van back to lympstone that lads had been pushed to their limits just by looking at their faces!
