Oh yes! 2000 and 2001 were very snowy..its the whole "Lake Effect" thing from the great lakes. Storms scoop up water and dump it right on us. Your house must have been buried in snow in late 2001... Eight feet wasn't it? I knew a dude who worked for the INS. He was from the Buffalo area. He was a busy man post 9/11.
