Takes the pressure off at ADSC the fitter you are, last thing you need is to be stressin that your not gonna finish the run, or the rest of the fitness... i dont no if im the only one, but i thort the 1.5mile was the easy part :D

Well you could breeze the run, and then fail cos u were too quiet in the team tasks

Your attitude is judged as much as ur fitness and strength is

Good luck

With that sort of fitness you cant expect to join the army as everything is being over manned due to the recession.

5' 9 and your 126lbs????? you will be below the minimum BMI for a start??
Walking or stopping on your 1.5 mile will fail you straight away.
Train 3 times a week each session should be over 40 minutes to get any benefit.
Do press ups and situps every morning and every night in sets of ten/shake off/ten more.
Simple really.

I am actualy 128 pounds same height doe n i've checked ma bmi its 18.9 and the minimum required is 18.5 thats what ive been told by my recruiter and even if i was 126 pounds i'd still make it with a bmi ov 18.6.. i still think i should put on weight and increase my bmi ova 19 but with all the running am doing everyday including my best effort sprints its going to be real tough!! thanks anyways bro

Do you eat before running? I have to leave it a few hours at least or I get a stitch.

I eat well before excercise but I do have lots of drinks just before I go out.
