Deadlifts, for sure.

It's not recommended to do distance runs i.e. >5mi on an empty stomach.

As for your bodyweight exercises, I'm a big fan of the calisthenics routine in the Navy SEALs warning order.

Can't quite remember what the farkin movement was called as it's been year's :lol:

Also, regarding the product you're going to pur-chase.... Make sure you feel comfortable using them or your hands could end up quite sore which can lead to one unhappy chappy.
