your scors are very good, and if they uphill, they excellent.
By the way can someone help people been saying different times for 3 miler+PJFT.
Am i correct in saying: 3 miler is 12.5 mins as group, then 10 mins back by self.
PJFT is 10mins 45 on treadmill
correct?

These are the correct times!
PJFT = 10 minutes
3 miler = 12.5 as a group, then best effort back under 10.30

Thanks. The last time i tested my press-ups i got 35 marine style as this was my worst area. I have been doing them more and more lately however since i did my ribs in i haven't been doing them for a few weeks so ive probably gone back to square one!!! My pullups are quite good and my situps are ok.
Yeh my run has 4 hills in it and also flat. But the first two are very steep. The third is a medium gradiant but is quite long. Always knackers me out but gets my heart rate going. When i started running i was doing the 3 miler in about 23.30 mins so ive dropped alot of time off of it.
As for PRMC ive got my psychometric test tomorrow morning so will see.
Whats everyone elses scores?

At the moment mine are:
Press Ups In 2mins : 63
Sit Up In 2mins : 70
Pull Ups : 12
1.5 miler : 10:25
3 miler : 25mins
As you can see running isn't my strong part at the moment but it has gotten so much better in the last four months, I rekon I can get it down to the times needed within the next month no probs.

Best option for increasing your speed on runs is to go for a normal run and around halfway, start sprinting between lampposts Its great to get the HR up. Thats what I do on my runs, end ex on the sprinting downhills, simply introduce some hills into your runs. They're great. You could try finding a partner for training and use him for firemans carries. Also after every run try a set of pullups. Also try doing a set of pyramid pressups, 10 down to 1. they're great.
