Hey Exarch, Sammys just a nickname, my names Westwood, i was in the bed next to you. When you going to start RT, a few lads are going to try and get on the one on Feb 19th i think.
Ive had a couple of people PM me about my training and stuff like that so i'll just post it on here. Before i went down because i was injured i only had about 3 weeks to train. I was still average fitness. To increase my fitness all i did was a 3 miler two days on and then 1 day off. On my off day i did a bleep test and a weights session, and sometimes a weights session on my 3 miler days. Apart from that all i did was pressups and situps in the morning and evening and dips and pullups with my weights training. Dont worry about how fast you run your 3 miler in, like my bro said to me whos a RM, you never run faster than 7 minute miles unless your sprinting which is in short bursts. You would just be better increasing the distance to increase your endurance instead of your speed.
I'm going to write a short diary now but will do it in a new post for those people who just want to read that. Cheers
