Congrats Dave.

"Also, one more tip....on the Commando slide....hold on tight....about 5 of the guys didnt and would have flown into the bushes if it werent for the safety harness! The PTI's were really pissed off with them!"

I really can't imagine why anyone wouldn't be hanging on as tight as they possibly can :o

I'd never done anything like that before and was hanging on for dear life :D

lol. I think people tend to think that it will come to a nice slow stop and the PTI's will calmly lift them down and pat them on the back! lol

When infact you come to a massive halt which flings you forward and the PTIs are getting you to unhook asap!

At my PRMC one lad going down the slide let his legs swing out as the brake rope was used and kicked the Corporal in the head by accident :o The boy got offered out while he was still hanging from the rope

nice one mate, one thing i'l never forget on my PRMC last year we got beasted as soon as we got out of bed in the morning in that "outside" square in the PRMC accom. had us doing shit loads of pressups and holding positions up down middle etc in the pissing rain in our them combat pants and jackets they give you, all our arms were f@#k after it  never heard as many lads moan and groan in pain in my life.

well done though, i didnt have what it took to pass it, hopefully i will next time round.

haha, what did you get beasted for? I remember in our prmc we got beasted because we were told to line up outside the doors and two guys went to the bathroom and this was after gym test 2 everyone was pretty well dead.

to be honest i think that we were still in our gym pt clothes, so we had nothing to dirty, we were just all pissed off at the two that screwed us over, funny thing to is that both those blokes failed the 3 miler but were lucky to get prmdc.
