Dont think any of them got put on prmdc, one guy who was in my room was from st vincent an he couldnt understand the cpl's so he failed because of that. Down bottomfield he says "cpl you couldnt slow down cause i cant understand you" The pti went mental an he got a beasting for that lol felt sorry for him. Couldnae tell you about the other two but one of them was in the RMR an he failed which surprised me.

The physical is all about how u prepare and how much you want it but what i can tell you is that no matter how fit you are there will be times on the prmc when you think av ad enuff i cant keep going but just dig it out, it can only last so long.
On the last day we had a room inspection an 1 room didnt mop the floor they got beasted for that so mop the floor. When putting kit back on the last day make sure you help, some didnt an they were also beasted.Dont wear tracksuit bottoms when going for meals, i did an a got sent back to change which left me with 5 mins for lunch. I wouldnt advise eating a fry up for breakfast a few did an you could here them bringing it up on the 3 mile run.just av cereal or toast. I also took some cereal type bars down with me ,flapkacks just to nibble at night .full of energy and drink plenty fluids.

Do you know any of the pass marks? I'm really looking forward to it now, but I am slightly nervouse, i think I am most nervouse about the 3 miler for some reason not quite sure why, I can do it in 22.5 mins when I train and thats with loads of steep uphills and down hills. What sort of time could you do the 3 miler in when you was training? I just want to get down their now and get stuck in, if you know what I mean. You must be really looking forward to getting started, how long did you have to wait until you got your start date?

what do u mean by what are the pass marks? A went on the RMAD an we did a timed 3 miler where i did it in 19 mins. i could probably beat that now. if ur doing it in that time up an down hills you should be fine m8 it is also made easier when running in a group. After a passed prmc they told me it could be september when i start RT but they managed to get me in july which was good,it took about 1 week between passing prmc an getting my date. Cant wait to get back down there when i came back from prmc i wished i was still there.

Like for the gym test 1 and the assault course time. Did a lot of guys drop out because they couldn't take it anymore?

press-ups (minimum 20, up to 60 in 2 minutes);
sit-ups (minimum 30, up to 80 in 2 minutes); and
pull-ups - overgrasp on a wooden beam (minimum 3, up to 6).

For the assualt course they said anything over 3.5 mins was rubbish but i think thats to make you go faster anything under 4.30 mins is a pass i think.One guy got injured on the 1st obstacle on the assualt course and about about 7 dropped out cause they couldnt hack it.
Av u done POC ?

You have to do a Practical Leadership Task, which isn't to bad, you just have to have a loud voice and show that your in charge. You have to do psychometric tests which I failed on. You also have to do a discusion exercise, which is really very hard and you get put under a lot of pressure, then finally you have to have a main board interview which is also very hard because they ask you loads and loads of questions non-stop which isn't fun. The whole thing is very very hard and I went through about 5 shirts because I was sweating and it wasn't through exercise.
