I found that unarmed combat one of the hardest parts of my Aquaint Day

Good fun though, and with the demonstrations - it just shows you why you should really pick on a RM!

just called AFCO to let them know i had posted my indemnity form, and let them know im still injured (calf strain apparently, i dont think it is).
ive now gotta go to the doc, get a 2nd opinion, an all clear or a non all clear, and then re-visit the afco doc. i think my local AFCO is gonna get pissed soon. dammnit its annoying me too, my local gym only has the one sodding rower, no bike machine, and the swimming baths local is only open till 8pm at night, so at most i can swim is for 45mins in the evening and 30 mins in the morning b4 work.
things are most definately going downhill for me atm

Dont worry mojo. It will get better mate.
I'm still injured after my PRMC (December 1st!!!) and I've been told that it is everything from a torn muscle in my hip to sciatica (trapped nerve).
They now are almost certain it is a ligament and it will take a while to heal but to be sure, I have had a blood test to make doubly sure it aint arthritus!!?! (scary eh!)
Just as long as I recover and can crack on with training, I'm happy
