i found the full regain easy to do, but the half regain was the bain of my training. just when i got the hang of it, i swung under the rope and the front sling loop snaped on my sa80. bugger clobbered the back of my head.

well bottom field sounds like a crap load of fun. Do the PTI's do the same beside the PTRM?

Man! Ok, say for example we are all in the PRMC and we are doing loads of pressups and situps etc etc, do the PTIs do this too? Pointless question, dunno what i was on yesterday

On my PRMC we lost just over 10 men on the bottomfield !
It is hard but just dig deep and make sure you are at the front or else you will be doing alot more of the work
Drink as much water as you can before going down to the bottom field because the PTI'S rarely let you drink from your water bottle.
