Also steroids are a controlled drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, if they aren't prescribed by a medical practitioner etc legally then you shouldn't be in possesion of them or use them. Not worth it, get fit the natural way!

I weighed 9.5 stone when I enlisted, becoming 10.5 stone on return from Brize. Training properly demands fuel (food). When the food's in your body, it'll adjust to the workload by increasing size/weight - no more skinniness! :)

*Eat* properly and train. Hit your targets then reward yourself with a drink. A very good book for diet is "Food For Fitness" by Anita Bean (ISBN 071 364 79 49).

I'm 40, running 3 milers in less than 24 minutes - *still* improving my times, thanks to the advice in this book.

Steroids are *sad* and a cheat.

I work in a Prison Service drug rehab and if im honest also dabbled in steroids when serving my advice to you is to stay away from them but you can pm me if you wish............as the Grange Hill Kids told us many moons agao, "Just say NO!", I also carry out drug testing as well, just thought i would add that bit.
