jj, on the shoulder lift do you have to to do it on the 30 kg and 55 kg setting or do you go up till you can't lift anymore??

you first do the 30 kg's,then the 55...we didn't do more,'cause if you can do the 55 your ok for any job in the army,they said...

Well done JJ. Good luck with training as well. I'm still messing about with medical records, so it might be a while before I get in :x

Recruit selection centre. Its where you go to do your medical, physical and team tasks to gain a placement in the army. Im off there in two weeks :D
