Hi Cinders, I am probably the wrong person to answer your question. 1. I run an i-Mac and 2. I am computer stupid. Once you have scanned your photograph, change size from inches to pixels, don't ask me what a pixel is. There should be a box somewhere, where you can reduce the resolution of your photograph. Once you are within the parameters of pixels and size it should be accepted. Don't feel bad, it took me ages to work it out.

Okay guys I have posted a pic but it is pretty old like 1973 it is the only one that will fit. If there is some clever person out there who can convert one to the required size please contact me.
