I have just got back from Royal marines look at life course and we did the assault course.
The max time limit is 5minutes which anyone should be able to do I done it in 4.53 which was regarded as crap. Its a best effort thing

Attack it 100%, you can't ask any more of yourself than that, though the PTIs may disagree! I got 4.18 during BPT with all kit. It's nails!...but good fun looking back on it now

3mins 30 is the time to get under loose order when your having fun on your PRC...However when you do this 4th time round after a beasting on the bottom field from the PTI... and you have done 3 or 4 regains over the tank and your soaking wet and you have climbed the 30ft ropes 5 times and you have been carrying the logs from A TO B and its pissing with rain and you have run the river exe(Mud Run) ...OH SORRY did I forget to mention in fighting order..I will be surprised if many of you unless you are superman will get inside the 4 minute nugget....No cockyness involved a factual awnser.Ballbagging fellas totally Ballbagging!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fellas dont get all het up on times and wanting to be the best all the time....just aim to complete each day and work hard dont kid yourselves anything under 5 mins is bloody good in fighting kit and its a sweat...just remember "DONT WRAP YOUR TITS IN"
