matt i was in the same boat joining TA i needed to put on 4kg, the way i did it was to eat lots of everything burgers chips currys chocolate cheese cake fry ups for a week without training then get a healthy diet and train like an athlete till i got my body fat % back to 11% then repeat till i put on the 4.

Didn't know there was a minimum weight - haven't times changed!!

What are the max and min. weight limits?

Ive heard that the min. is about 60kgs, but cant be sure. Does is change according to height of the person?
