Is is true that the guy who invented Hula Hoops, (the snack food, not the sixties wiggle-yer-hips craze :o ) was a Rabbi?

Always wondered what they did with the bits they cut off :-?
Or am I thinking of Cheesy Wotsits :P

It's interesting how much military hardware was given there first major test's e.g. 5.56mm rifle rounds if I'm not mistaken and how much hardware was created as a result of Vietnam. E.g. the Daisy Cutter was the result of Vietnam. A question, do the Yanks ever use Napalm when bombing?Haven't herad of it being used in a while?

wasn't its use banned under the Geneva convention? I'm not sure on that one.

This type of bomb has not yet been baned, it was used in Afghanistan on the cave complexes.
