Steve I hope if possible toget a POC late this year or early next year. I want to get a reserved palce so I can do a degree, probably Animal Science!! 8)
Kev can you explain more about the endurance course for charity bit as it sounds like an excellent idea.
Would running with weight i.e: webbing with sand or water, hepl?
Thanks

alright simon, its mark abbott. well done on passing your POC, sounds a hell of a lot harder than the prmc, which was f*****g difficult.

when your on your AIB, on 24th, just think i'll be starting my basic training!

good luck on you AIB, i'm sure you'll be fine, just be confident throughout the two days.

i'll try to come see you if i get easter leave. and i'll definitly come see you to show off when i get my green lid which will hopefully be around october time.

take it easy mate.

Can you give us some info on presentations etc please.

I wouldn't reccomend running with weight too much, maybe do a run a week with 14lb or in boots.

I'm in reserves so have to train differently.
